Our group reformer classes are limited to just 7 people within each class to ensure every client has attention from our instructors. In our group classes we work to strengthen your whole body, from the inside out, realigning your torso and correcting your posture. It produces visible results within a few regular sessions helping to achieve toned arms and legs and defining firmer abdominal muscles and strengthening your back.
The Reformer is large enough to accommodate a full-range of motion and provides resistance, which is wonderful for increasing flexibility while also building strength.
Our classes have different levels, according to the level of fitness and ability required to take part.
Below we offer a brief description of each of our group classes.
Please note that new starters MUST attend either a private/semi private beginners workshop before being able to join our group classes.
