GROUP CLASSES

Our group reformer classes are limited to just 7 people within each class to ensure every client has attention from our instructors. In our group classes we work to strengthen your whole body, from the inside out, realigning your torso and correcting your posture. It produces visible results within a few regular sessions helping to achieve toned arms and legs and defining firmer abdominal muscles and strengthening your back.

The Reformer is large enough to accommodate a full-range of motion and provides resistance, which is wonderful for increasing flexibility while also building strength.

Our classes have different levels, according to the level of fitness and ability required to take part.

Below we offer a brief description of each of our group classes.

Please note that new starters MUST attend either a private/semi private beginners workshop before being able to join our group classes.

LEVEL 0

ESSENTIAL REFORMER

The class is best for beginners or those with injuries. This is our intro into Pilates Reformer and must be completed before advancing to other class levels.

Designed with a strong focus on mastering technique, control and cementing in the Pilates principles. Our fantastic foundation with classic reformer exercises.



LEVEL 1

DYNAMIC REFORMER – LEVEL 1

This class builds on what you will have learned at Essential reformer level, bringing in a dynamic edge. Prepare to feel the burn.

It is studio policy that you complete an Essential reformer class before advancing to this class. 

Suitable for those with minor injuries who can modify exercises with instructor guidance and only if one of our instructors agrees you are ready to move on.

LEVEL 2

DYNAMIC REFORMER – LEVEL 2

Our signature class that takes it up a notch! Best for those who are injury free, or know their limitations and modifications.

A faster-paced class with an athletic focus and coordination challenges.

This class combines classic pilates exercises with some more original and more advanced moves.



LEVEL 3

JUMPBOARD

This is a cardio class that really challenges your core, featuring jumpoards to help burn fat and tone muscle.

These classes are a fun combination of cardio jump work (that raises the heart rate but still low impact on your joints) and classic Pilates reformer moves.

Designed to keep you burning fat long after you have left the studio. Suitable for all levels.

LEVEL 4

REFORMER BURN

This is our advanced class and a full body workout on the reformer which will take you through a flow of challenging movement patterns. 

Clients must be injury free and have a good level of fitness, body awareness and be familiar with most reformer exercises.

Flow, sweat and burn in this great and challenging class.



LEVEL 5

BARRE JUMPBOARD FUSION

A high intensity cardio class, that is fast paced with challenging exercises. Using the reformer with the jump board, standing barre moves, weights and the use of sliders.

This class is best suited for those who have a high level of fitness and no injuries.

Prepare to take your fitness to the next level with these classes.

LEVEL ZEN

REFORMER STRETCH

Stretch and release during this class. It is designed using the reformer to increase flexibility and range of motion by releasing muscle tension and lengthening the major muscles of the body.

Feel lengthened and relaxed yet energised when you finish this very special class and walk out the studio like you’ve just had a sports massage.

All fitness levels welcome.
