Carine is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor covering Matwork, Reformer and Barre. She has been teaching in the fitness industry now for 20 years.

Carine’s passion for Reformer Pilates exudes in every class she teaches with clients seeing and feeling the benefits after just a few sessions.


Celia is a qualified comprehensive BASI pilates teacher. She discovered Pilates whilst working as a sports massage therapist and fell in love with it immediately.

After realising that many of her clients root cause of pain and injury were from poor posture and a weak core, she decided to retrain.

Celia loves the positive and empowering impact Pilates can have on the body and mind.

Focusing on mindfulness and precision, she wants to challenge the whole body, so that people leave class feeling stronger and better than before.


Lizzie is a certified Alan Herdman Pilates Instructor covering Matwork, Reformer, Chair and Barrel.

Whilst in her youth she competed for Great Britain in Modern Pentathlon, she then moved on to ultra marathons and cycling but more recently the passion sits with Pilates and the energising, injury-free benefits!

She incorporates all of this experience into her tailored classes to help clients focus on improving their posture and body-awareness, leaving her classes feeling elongated and stronger.


Michele started attending a pilates matwork class in 2002 and absolutely loved it. Pilates is such intelligent exercise and can be carried into any other physical activity. She decided to try and become a Pilates teacher and so trained with Stott in 2006 and passed the Full Certification in Mat, Reformer, Chair & Barrels. She has never looked back!!

Michele loves her work and hopefully that shows. Teaching Reformer pilates is a joy for her and her aim is to give clients knowledge about their bodies in order for them to train effectively and safely but also to enjoy it! She teaches matwork classes, 1:1 and Reformer classes; as well as Pilates she is a Holistic Core Restore® Coach which involves pelvic floor safe exercise for any woman at whatever age and therefore ties in beautifully with Pilates. She works with a physio practice in Twyford and keeps up to date with workshops as often as possible.

Russell’s background is yoga having completed 200 hrs with Yoga Alliance and qualified with the Ramani Yoga Institute in India.

Due to Russell’s hyper-mobility he wanted to try something to add some more strength training to his practice and Carine encouraged him to get on the reformer and from there his strength and core stability improved and so did his posture.

He feels because of all the years of practicing and studying yoga, being on the reformer felt very natural. From there studying reformer pilates and qualifying with STOTT in London felt like the next move for him. He loves teaching yoga and the reformer pilates and his passion shines through helping people become stronger healthier versions of themselves.


Helena is a passionate and friendly Pilates Teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a unique approach to teaching — one that is inspirational and embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing.

A combination of exercises, fitness programs, and coupled with her knowledge of the human body and how it should move allows her to provide clients with amazing results .

Riko is a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor, she trained in Singapore, Tokyo and London.

She has always been passionate about sports and nutrition and played tennis extensively in her youth.

She loves meeting new clients and working out with them to reach their goals. She has worked with a diverse spectram of clients with a variety of different fitness goals.


Sophie is a STOTT Pilates Reformer trained instructor, as well as a Kinesiologist and nutritional advisor, so she really takes your full health into consideration even when teaching pilates.

With a wealth of knowledge about how the body works and why, Sophie incorporates this into her classes, focusing on good form, mind-body awareness, and challenging your muscles through Pilates on the reformer. Sophie herself is addicted to Reformer Pilates, and hopes to pass on the Nubodi love to you too!
