Private Reformer Pilates Classes

Whether you’re new to Pilates or familiar but want an individual experience, we guarantee that you will benefit from a private class, as working one-one maximises attention to form and production of results. Whether recovering from an injury, have physical limitations, or you are pregnant, we will address your specific needs and create a tailored program to best meet your goals.

Our private classes are £75 and last 60 minutes. We offer flexible days and times for private classes to suit you.

Duets (a private class for 2) costs £85. It is a great way to get friends and family together too.

Undivided attention

Each 55 minute class will be tailored to your needs and skill. Exercises will be modified in order to accommodate any injuries.
