24-hour Cancellation Notice

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes, duets and private sessions. If you do not cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session, you will be charged the full fee for the respective class you had booked.

For Monday classes and private sessions, you need to cancel by 12 noon on the Saturday prior to your class.

In case of snow or inclement weather, classes still need to be cancelled following our 24 hour policy. No credits or refunds apply unless the class is cancelled by the studio.

We run classes that have at least 3 people signed up 24 hours prior to class. Classes with less than 3 people enrolled 24 hours prior, will be cancelled.

Please always check the online schedule for the most updated class schedule and to make sure class is running.

The NUBODI app will email to update you of any class changes or
cancellations but please always check the online schedule for the most
updates class schedule and to make sure your booked in class is running.

With multiple instructors on our team, we always strive to run all classes in the schedule, if an instructor is unwell, we arrange for another instructor to cover the class. In the unfortunate incident where this is not possible, the class will be cancelled and you will be refunded the class credit and able to book in for another class.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, but are always happy to offer credit for future bookings.

Hygiene & Socks

We ask that you wipe down your equipment at the end of your session. Paper or microfibre clothes are provided, as well as tea tree oil spray.

We ask that all clients use pilates sticky socks, which you can purchase anywhere you’d like, but we always have a spare few pairs to sell at the studio.

We offer open cubicles where you can store your shoes, coats and any personal belongings during your reformer pilates class.

Our instructors are highly trained and certified in Reformer Pilates, each have their own individual teaching approach and style, but we work to ensure there is continuity between all of our classes.

The instructor listed to teach a class can be subject to change, and any instructor changes will be noted on our Mindbody class schedule as soon as the change is known.

Our instructors have training to support various injuries and conditions,
but we ask that you notify us of these when you join Nubodi, you will then
be supported in modifications of exercises where required and directed as
to any classes that would be unsuitable for you at that point.

If you have any undiagnosed chronic pain or an injury and have not seen a medical professional, we request that you do so before your Pilates Reformer session.

The joy of Reformer Pilates is that it can support your body to heal and
repair from certain injuries or conditions.
